Cloghaun Bed and Breakfast的点评
点评：We had a lovely stay at the Cloghaun last week on our first visit to Mackinac Island. Our innkeepers, Clover and Carlene, were gracious and attentive to our every need.
We stayed in the nicely appointed Thomas room on the second floor with a private balcony overlooking Market Street, which provided us with the opportunity to people watch and soak in the scent of lilacs on the lake breeze while sipping wine. We also had the opportunity to socialize with other guests on the front porch and in the garden.
Conveniently located a block off Lake Shore Drive, we were close to all the shops and restaurants without all the noise and crowds. It was an easy one block walk from the Shepler's ferry to the inn. The inn is a great deal when you take into account the location and all the extra little niceties that are included with your stay.
Breakfasts and afternoon tea were always delicious and much appreciated. Cloghaun's attention to detail is evident in everything from the furnishings to the assortment of games in the parlor to the beautiful gardens and foods. We even got to break in the new cornhole boards!
We highly recommend the Cloghaun B&B for anyone looking for an exceptional getaway on Mackinac Island, and we will be back again. Thanks for the fond memories. Till next time...Sláinte Mhath!
