Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar的点评
点评：We were celebrating a friend’s birthday. We made a reservation online and requested a horseshoe booth. Friend ends arrived first and were told no reservation. I texted the reservation and took a picture of it on the surf turf ad sent to me. The male (with a ponytail) host that greeted us and the other other younger woman said they didn’t have the reservation. They weren’t apologetic about the website’s failure. I checked it twice to be sure the birthday and the horseshoe booth were on it. They did give us a small booth. The newer server was okay, but not really up to par with the others. She did bring over some birthday sprinkles and gave our friend a card and a box and did apologize. When the surf and turf was served, she did not ask to remove the lobster as is customary, and then brought butter but did not light the butter heater for any of us. Our server spoke rather quietly and I was the only one that could hear her. Finally, the server said that we had a dining reward and asked if we wanted to use it. Then, the server forgot to apply it, and then asked the “manager” who declined to allow it. Server said it’s good until the end of November. The chef and the man with pony tail were at a table two back from us for well over 45 minutes and were ambivalent to the other guests. It was not the regular manager Kristi who is always wonderful.
