点评：There was a group of 7 of us for dinner at Red Lobster, for New Years Eve. We got there early for our 7:30 reservation, and were seated 15 minutes after our reservation. It was strange, since the restaurant was only 1/3 full. We were seated in the back of the restaurant, away from everyone. It took about half an hour for Jada W. our waitress, to take our drink orders, then it took another half an hour to get our drinks. She disappeared for 20 minutes, then came back to take our orders. My house salad was good, and the butter biscuits were wonderful. My date and I both ordered the same thing – the duo lobsters. It took at least another half hour to get our food. When she brought our lobsters, we each only got one. She apologized, and said the other two were “cooking”. The lady next to me had ordered her steak medium, but when it came, it was bright red in the middle – Medium Raw! They offered to make another steak, so she agreed. They didn’t give her any butter for her lobster tail, so she had to request that. Our table was piled up with plates, so we had to hand them to the waitress to be cleared. We asked for more water, and she brought just two glasses. When the lady next to me got her steak, it was medium rare, so she took it, not wanting to send it back a second time. My date and I finally got our second lobster tails. They were dry and tasteless, like they had been sitting under a heat lamp. I won’t go on with everyone’s orders, but no one was pleased with their food or the service. We got our bills just 8 minutes to closing, at 9:52. This will be the last time I ever go to this Red Lobster location!
