Mr. Kabob Xpress - Livonia的点评
点评：While I enjoyed my food and I'm happy that Mr. Kabob has expanded, I was quite appalled by the service and namely the lady at the end of the line whom I assumed to be the manager. I will be happy to visit another location, but I would not return here!
She was both unfriendly and unwilling to help with simple questions for someone who hadn't been to the XPress location before.
Seeing how condescending she was, I found another employee to ask for the WiFi password but he directed me back to her. She sneered at me and said it real quick before turning away.
(Of course it was the wrong password, anyway!)
The food itself is very good; I wouldn't say fancy restaurant-caliber, but very good for quick casual with an authentic Middle-Eastern flavor. You can choose wraps or rice bowls with a variety of meats (shawarma, kabob, etc.)
I'm concerned with any place that exhibits such disregard for their customers, but ESPECIALLY when it's coming from the manager; who sets the tone for all the other employees.
