卡拉马祖万豪万枫套房酒店的点评
点评：This was the most disappointing and dirty Marriott property I've stayed at in a long time. The pictures on their website look great, but they are very misleading. Check in was fine, then I got to my room. It was outwardly obvious that the sheets had not been changed from the last guest, as there was blood on the pillow cases and mattress sheet. After some discussion, and resistance from the clerk at the front desk, I was assigned a new room. No blood, but it was not very clean, especially in the bathroom. The sink, toilet, and shower all have water stains and mineral build-up. They have signs posted all over the hotel stating this is due to the mineral-rich water in Kalamazoo. However, I stayed at 4 other hotels in the area (Kalamazoo and Battle Creek) over the summer, and no other hotels had this problem.
Overall, the desk staff was unhelpful, and their immediate go-to answer for any request was "No." Not a friendly or clean place to stay. There are many other choices around Kalamazoo/Battle Creek, and I will never stay at this location again.
