Ok but Expensive
Courtyard by Marriott Grand Rapids Downtown的点评
点评：The rooms are very clean and, for the most part, well maintained but things like the aircon were incredibly noisy and the toilet seat was in clear need of replacing it was so battered and worn although the rest of the bathroom was very well maintained. The room cleaning was also a bit hit-and-miss with a card indicating that they had called before I left at 9am one day and another day leaving me without shower gel because they failed to check the wall-mounted bottles.
Breakfast options are very limited - there is no buffet and the hotel restaurant only offers counter service. The food is ok but, like the hotel itself, very expensive for what you get. A breakfast burrito and coffee costs about as much as a good hotel breakfast buffet elsewhere.
Overall I had no serious complaints - you'll be fine staying here - but I expect more given the prices they are charging. Were their prices more reasonable, I'd give them a 3 rating.
