点评:Our wait staff, Josh and Morgann made us feel special and pampered. It is so nice to encounter wait staff that are knowledgeable about the menu. This is a rarity these days. The students have personally tasted each of the dishes and know the exact ingredients. We asked many questions and they were all answered knowledgably.
The proper table settings, the way the tea was served, removing a used empty glass and replacing with a clean refill etc all showed us attention to detail is stressed and practiced.
This is not a restaurant to come to when you are in a hurry. This is a dining EXPERIENCE. Take your time and savor the ambiance and delicious food. Have a conversation with your wait staff. It is so very interesting to hear about their aspirations and what their side jobs are etc.
Our salads were huge and artfully prepared with a variety of greens, vegetables, fruits, ( including dragon fruit) nuts and cheese. Shrimp bisque was outstanding as was the salmon. The pork curry was the only disappointment. Missing the sweet coconut milk/spicy taste. Just tasted very bland.
Desserts did not disappoint.
