Just don’t - absolute worst hotel and staff

点评：Caution: stay here at your own risk!! I wish I could give this a ZERO or negative rating! Worst hotel stay and experience I’ve ever had! Hotel was run down, dirty and disgusting! Property does not look like pictures on website; the website is very deceiving! Check in was a nightmare with incompetent staff and very unaccommodating & rude management! They made us wait to go to room after checking in stating it was still being cleaned, we were told they would call us when it was ready. After waiting a long time with no call, we wired in a very long line of people waiting to check in. Only 1 staff member was checking in while the manager texted on his phone. When we checked on the room we were waiting for, we were told they gave away my daughter’s room to someone else AFTER checking her in to it! Then they assigned a different room that caused our party to be split on 2 floors instead of the rooms we were promised on the same floor. When I asked to be moved to the same floor as our other party, I was told it could be done with management approval. I was told to come to the front desk. I was ingnored by the manager when I came to the front desk and he decided to text on his phone and would not acknowledge me. Then he refused to approve the room move and assigned someone else a room on that floor as I stood at the desk and heard him do it! He then told me they were fully booked and there was nothing he could do. He refused to make any accommodations due to their mistake of giving away our originally assigned room! He was extremely rude when I asked how they were going to rectify their mistake and just said “it’s human error and you need to understand that and there is nothing we can do now.” The hotel restaurant and bar that was advertised on the website was shut down with no explanation. No food, drinks or even breakfast was served. They only offered over-priced frozen and reheated “breakfast sandwiches” and coffee in the morning. I asked for a water as it was shown as an option on the “menu” only to be told “we don’t have any water”. When I pointed out that it was on the menu, I was brought a warm water in a plastic disposable cup from the back “kitchen” area! Only 1 very run down, small, dirty elevator was working and had to shared with staff and cleaning crew. It was so bad and slow that we used the stairs and just went up and down 5-6 floors to our rooms. The flow in the dark tape that was supposed to be on the rails and steps was peeled off and on the floor. Hazardous stairwell. There was a smear of blood in the elevator that was never cleaned off the wall while we stayed there. The carpets were filthy. The entire establishment smelled bad. There are only 3 ice makers in the hotel for 7 floors and at least 1 of them was broken. So we had to go up and down the stairs to a different t floor any time we needed ice! There are no vending machines for food or snack. The air conditioner in our room was broken and so the room was very hot. There was mold growing in the air unit. Our shower/bath faucet was broken and stuck and the bath did not drain properly. The bath nearly over flowed when we tried to figure out how to shower. The outlet to plug our phone charger into by the bed didn’t work and I woke up to a nearly dead phone battery. Pool was cold. Workout room is a joke - it’s a couple of small rooms with old treadmills. And as if our 1 night stay wasn’t bad enough, we were kicked out of our room early before checkout by the cleaning crew!! In the morning we left our room, took bags to our car, bought coffee and went back to our room so we could wait for others we were traveling with as it was not checkout time yet. However, when we got back to our room, someone had already gone inside and was cleaning! When I confronted the lady and told her we had NOT checked out yet and we wanted back in our room, she shrugged her shoulders and said “sorry I’m already cleaning it”. She would not allow us back in our room even though we had NOT checked out! This was by far the worst hotel stay and worst experience with hotel staff I’ve ever had!
翻译：注意：入住风险自负！！真希望给这家酒店零分或负分！这是我住过的最差的酒店，也是最差的体验！酒店破旧、肮脏、恶心！酒店看起来和网站上的图片不一样；网站非常具有欺骗性！办理入住手续简直是一场噩梦，员工能力不足，管理人员非常不通情达理、粗鲁无礼！办理入住手续后，他们让我们等着去房间，说房间还在打扫，我们被告知他们会在打扫好后给我们打电话。等了很长时间，没有电话，我们打电话给了一大群人，他们正在排队等待办理入住手续。只有一名员工在办理入住手续，经理在用手机发短信。当我们查看我们等待的房间时，我们被告知，在我女儿入住后，他们把她的房间给了别人！然后他们给我们安排了另一个房间，导致我们一行人被分在了两个楼层，而不是我们承诺的同一楼层的房间。当我要求换到和另一方相同的楼层时，他们告诉我，只要得到管理层的批准，就可以这样做。他们让我去前台。当我来到前台时，经理不理我，他决定用手机发短信，不理我。然后，他拒绝批准换房间，并给其他人分配了同一楼层的房间，我站在前台听到他这样做！然后他告诉我，他们已经订满了，他无能为力。由于他们错误地把我们最初分配的房间给了别人，他拒绝提供任何住宿！当我问他们要如何纠正他们的错误时，他非常粗鲁，只是说“这是人为错误，你需要明白这一点，我们现在无能为力。”网站上宣传的酒店餐厅和酒吧被关闭了，没有任何解释。没有提供食物、饮料，甚至早餐。他们只在早上提供价格过高的冷冻和重新加热的“早餐三明治”和咖啡。我要了一杯水，因为菜单上显示有水，结果却被告知“我们没有水”。当我指出菜单上有水时，他们从后面的“厨房”区域给我拿来一瓶装在一次性塑料杯中的温水！只有一部破旧、狭小、肮脏的电梯在运行，必须与员工和清洁人员共用。电梯太糟糕，速度太慢，我们只能走楼梯，上下 5-6 层楼才能到达我们的房间。原本应该贴在扶手和台阶上的深色胶带被撕掉了，流到了地板上。楼梯间很危险。电梯里有一滩血迹，我们住在那里的时候，墙上从来没有清理过。地毯很脏。整个酒店都散发着难闻的气味。酒店 7 层楼只有 3 台制冰机，其中至少有 1 台坏了。所以每当我们需要冰块时，我们都必须上下楼梯到不同的楼层！没有自动售货机出售食物或零食。我们房间的空调坏了，所以房间非常热。空调里长了霉菌。我们的淋浴/浴缸水龙头坏了，卡住了，浴缸排水不畅。当我们想弄清楚如何淋浴时，浴缸里的水差点溢出来。床边的手机充电器插座坏了，我醒来时发现手机电池快没电了。游泳池很冷。健身房简直是笑话——只有几间小房间，还有旧跑步机。好像我们住的一晚还不够糟糕，我们在退房前就被清洁人员赶出了房间！！早上，我们离开房间，把行李拿到车上，买了咖啡，然后回到房间，等待同行的其他人，因为还没到退房时间。然而，当我们回到房间时，已经有人进去打扫了！当我质问那位女士我们还没有退房，我们想回到我们的房间时，她耸耸肩说：“对不起，我已经打扫了”。她不允许我们回到我们的房间，尽管我们还没有退房！这是迄今为止我住过的最糟糕的酒店，也是我遇到的最差的酒店员工体验！
