点评：Had a wonderful meal with family at Freya. The five-course fixed price menu allows for plenty of choice within each course, so we were able to try most of the items across the menu. Dishes are well composed, with a nice mix of textures and flavors, though there's a lot going on with some of them. Be warned that some dishes have some spice, so be sure to ask about the heat of the peppers that are liberally used throughout. Given the amount of food, we felt it was good value for such a fine meal. The space is not typical for fine dining - concrete floor, wood tables, and open high ceiling - but that contributed to a more down-to-earth experience. Staff was very friendly, attentive, and well-trained. Wine pairings were unremarkable (next time I'd opt for the premium selection), but cocktails at Dragonfly next door were fun pre-meal. Definitely worth a trip for a high-end, but unstuffy meal in Detroit.
