点评：We went to El Barzon to celebrate my sons birthday. We had a party of 8. We were served our drinks and appetizers about 35-45 min into the meal. That was the last time we saw our waitress. We wanted to order another round of drinks but she never came back. We had no drinks, to include water 90 min into the meal and we still had no food. I asked to speak to the manger/owner and was told he was busy. I told the hostess that we’ve been waiting for our waitress to come around but she hasn’t returned and we had no water as well. It took another 15 min to get the bartender to come over and take our drink order and she said she’d ask the busboy to bring water which came 10 min later. I asked for them to leave about 3 bottles of water on our table like other tables I noticed but no luck there either. The food finally came out at the near 2 hour mark and so many of our orders were missing. We we’re continually saying you forgot my salad or bread or entree. My wife had to send hers back because it was the wrong meat. The entire experience was awful…then the bill came. No comps or anything for the crap service we received. This BY FAR WAS THE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had and El Barzon RUINED the birthday celebration for our son. If you have a big party this place clearly can’t handle it. Take your business elsewhere because the owner/manager clearly doesn’t care about your experience. El Barzon should be ashamed of the service they provided last night…they PROVIDED NO SERVICE!!!!
