点评:My wife and I stopped in for breakfast today. I ordered Hillbilly hashbrowns, a full order. When they came out the hashbrowns were barley even cooked, to the point of still being crunchy. So I sent them back and the cook made another order, the second order were just barely cooked enough, (who wants non crispy potatoes for their breakfast meal?) and there were only 2 pieces of sausage on a full order of Hillbilly Hashbrowns.
The first order was loaded with sausage, so was the cook mad that I sent the first order back with raw potatoes and was going to teach me a lesson?
I decided not to send back the second order didn't finish them and told the waitress that it was OK.
Seems that if the cook makes a mistake, he or she should own it, not make the customer feel like it's they're at fault, what they saved in sausage on the second order, maybe $.40, they lost in my continued patronism, and lost word of mouth.
Hardly seems like a win for Papa's Place.
