点评：We went to Chili’s Brighton location on 6/4/2023. We usually go there 1-2 times a week and everyone is nice and friendly except this one server called Veronica (the one with purple strands in her hair). She is rude and condescending. We had problems with her before and reported her twice so far to the managers on duty. We entered today and heard the bar tender say to sit anywhere, so we sat at our usual booth. We waited for a while then Veronica came being annoyed and saying that this area is closed. We did tell her that the bar tender told us to sit anywhere but she said that it is not what he said and that we were going to ignore him no matter what he says. Anyways, having her accuse us of lying, we told her that we do not want her to be our server and we wanted anyone else instead. We understand there is a shortage of people working but we shouldn’t enable bad service and tolerate that! Eventually the manager came and apologized and we had another server who did a great job way better than grumpy Veronica!
