点评:I am a Hilton diamond member and was a bit shocked by the lack of acknowledgement here.
Parking is bad - most spots seem taken by customers of the Chik-fil-a that seemingly shares the parking area. Diamond member parking is very limited considering there are 2 Hilton hotels on this property.
Breakfast is atrocious. French toast sticks that are so dry they break apart when you try to pick them up. Omelettes so overcooked they are stuck to the bottom of the pan. Light roast or decaf coffee - why no dark roast? I thought ok I will just grab a breakfast to go from the Hampton inn desk but the bagel was so stale it was like a rock. I informed the front desk and got the reply “oh really” with no promise to even talk to food staff.
The room is nice, clean and quiet (on top floor) but the shared elevators (there are 3) seem to sit still on the first floor and only one moves to transport guests. Not ideal when the Hampton inn is crammed full with high school students on some sort of “see Boston” tour.
Will look for elsewhere next trip.
