点评：First (and last) time here. A group (7) of us for lunch on a slow Saturday ended up waiting almost 40 minutes for our food from the time it was ordered. Then when the orders started coming out they brought 3 first then 5 minutes later another 3 were brought and then the last one 5 minutes after that. Very uncomfortable because no one wanted to eat until all were served but everyone was so hungry. The last one brought out was the wrong order so it had to go back and then wait another 10 minutes for the correct order. Food was hit or miss. French fries were good but pastrami was fatty and salty. Steak tips were good but mashed potatoes came cold so had to go back to be warmed. The waitress was friendly but it didn't make up for the issues coming from the kitchen.
I have never been to this chain before and wont go back. Diners I was with said they usually go to the Norwood location but that had gone downhill so that is why we tried the one in Walpole. So best just to stay away from all of them. if they ever did make changes though to improve time and food I would consider going if there was a groupon.
