点评:Recently had a midweek lunch with girlfriends who don’t live close by. It wasn’t very busy so were seated quickly. Entrees included a couple of Coconut Shrimps (very good!) and Ahi Tuna & Salad. All was going well until the Ahi Tuna arrived – it was smothered with an extremely spicey (awful) - spread. She tried to scrap it off, but it was useless. We called the waitress over and told her she could not eat it. We doubled checked the menu and there was no mention of any seasonings/sauces on it etc – just expected ahi tuna with perhaps a sauce on the side if anything. The waitress took it back and said she would order a new dish. After several minutes, she came back to say they could not do that because the tuna was frozen, and it would take too long to thaw. She then offered to replace the tuna with salmon which our friend said fine. Another long wait and finally the salmon arrived. At this point, everyone else had finished their meals. It did not go well. When the bill came there was no reduction of price for her meal at all, no offer of a free desert or any type of ‘gee we screwed up, we’re sorry & would like to make up for it’. No manager came over to apologize, just nothing. We had all tried a small taste of that spicey spread and no one liked it at all – yuck. Also, wine prices were exorbitant, so no one ordered any alcoholic drinks. This will be my last time there. That type of non-service is not a place I care to frequent.
