点评：We had a really enjoyable afternoon at the Riverhouse. The atmosphere was excellent-warm, lively, and a great setting to relax and enjoy a meal.
The food did not disappoint. We started with the buffalo dip, which was rich and flavorful. I had the fig flatbread, which was creative and delicious, and my husband had the fried haddock sandwich, which he really enjoyed. Drinks were also a standout, my sangria was refreshing and well-balanced, and my husband’s alcoholic lime rickey was a fun twist on a classic.
That said, the wait times were very long. We waited close to an hour just for our starter, and the mains took a long time after that as well. It definitely stretched the afternoon longer we expected.
The quality of the food and the atmosphere made up for some of the frustration, but it’s something to be aware of if you're dining on a schedule. We’d still return, hoping the timing improves, because everything else was great.
