点评:We visited for late lunch on a Thursday. One other diner but it was 2pm- may have missed the lunch crowd. We ordered Peking ravioli, chicken fingers, pork fried rice, and General Gao’s chicken- and tea(which they actually charge $2 p.p. For!). Our total came to $80. The flavors were not what we expected. The Peking ravioli filling was very light in color snd lacked flavor. The chicken fingers were bland yet greasy. The rice was meh. Kind of dry. Worst of all- the General Gao’s had some spice in it that we couldn’t identify but did not care for. Have had this dish in many places and it’s fairly common flavoring. Not so here. The chicken was in large flattened crisp pieces- which were cooked well - moist yet crisp outside - but that flavor was a real mystery and real disappointment. We left with a ton of leftovers that we ended up tossing.
Chinatown changed hands last year or so and we thought we’d try it. Sadly, it was a waste of money for us.
