Too many maintenance issues at this property!
海雾海滩套房酒店的点评
点评：We booked 2 nites at this property for a quick getaway. The hotel is nicely situated oceanfront and we even had a little seal in the morning swimming around outside of our room. However, all of the issues with our room quickly shed light on poor maintenance at this property. First, the only closet in the suite had nothing in it.....no space to hang clothes, no racks(except for one sitting on the floor), no nothing............basically an empty closet. Next, the curtains in the sleeping area were all chewed up and frayed on the bottom...my guess is someone with a vacuum caught the curtains in the vacuum on multiple occasions.
The bathroom was pretty outdated and the one light was pretty dim. Coming back from dinner, I found that all of my items placed near the sink were soaking wet...turns out the water faucet leaks, even when shut off. Next, the toilet..........the toilet actually rocks when you sit on it. It looked like the bottom fixtures were removed at some point and the toilet was not properly seated to the floor. It is difficult to rationalize how the maintenance of this property felt that it was acceptable to select this room for a guest stay. It made us wonder what other maintenance was being neglected. We paid for a suite over $500/nite and we expect a room that is clean and safe.
We certainly will never return and encourage everyone to consider another property.
