点评：We had dinner here tonight for New Year’s Eve and were truly disappointed with the service we received. After our appetizers, the server removed our silverware and didn’t replace it. We had to flag her down just to place our order. When we asked about the menu, the waitress incorrectly informed us that the chicken came with no sides, so we ordered separate sides for each meal $14 each times four. When the chicken arrived, it came with French fries and vegetables, which was not mentioned on the menu. When we addressed this with her, she was dismissive and unapologetic, which was upsetting.
Additionally, we could have ordered a couple more rounds of drinks but had to repeatedly ask for service, eventually giving up and forfeiting desert, yet another monetary loss for the restaurant. Our water glasses were never refilled, unless prompted, which should be a basic expectation for a restaurant of this caliber. Overall, the experience fell far below what we expected from a high-end establishment.
The food itself was good, but overpriced given the poor service experience.
