点评：My wife and I decided to stop in today. We'd never been to a Wahlburgers before and thought we'd try it. We went up to the counter to order and the first thing thay struck us is a woman randomly asking if we wanted table service after we'd already placed our order at the register. We didn't understand as we thought we just took our food to our tables. She said that you could also be sat and served. Huh? We did we just order at the register then? We were then told we could take our food and eat up front. Why exactly isn't there just guidance when you walk in with a simple question "would you like service or to order and seat yourself"? Simple. We had asked the guy at the counter is soft drinks were refillable and his answe 3x was "I'm not really sure." Finally we asked if he could go ask someone, and he came back and said "yes" so there's your answer. A cashier should know if drinks are refillable as HE'S the one refilling the drinks. We sat for between 20-25 minutes (no exaggeration) waiting on 1 chicken sandwich, 1 burger, and 1 order of tater tots. We were starved by the time we ate. The taste of the food was good and for nearly $40, it should be. Many others were just as confused as us as to where to sit or not. People sitting in the self seating area were getting drinks brought to them by the bar. The place needs organization and food needs to be ready sooner than 30 mins. Likely won't return but I did like my sandwich and tots.
