点评：We've made several visits to firefly and will make several more. Each time we've dined we sat at the bar and were treated to excellent customer attention and detail. Thus far, each entree ordered has been cooked to preference, and perfection. If it's a burger you're craving the Firefly Burger and the Gastro burgers were perfectly cooked to order, and special requests, no special sauce on one, was honored. Adding bacon to our burgers was easily done. On future visits we will try other burgers offered on the menu....if we can past the specials. Last night, Chicken parm and a pork Snitzel were offered. Perfectly balanced breading to protein with just the right amount of sauce/gravy not to overpower the crispy breading on both special plates. The 16 oz. New York Strip is worth the price, and cooked perfectly to order. Grilled Elk chops is a great treat and not offered on many menus...anywhere. Let's talk cocktails! Several "special" cocktails are offered, and done very well with pairings such as Prosecco, Hard Cider, Cranberries in the Lava Lamp, or the Blood Orange Martini with Orange Vodka, Ginger Liqueur, Lime and a splash of Cranberry Juice. (My new favorite.) Our bartender, "SAM" was also adept at mixing my "usual" Grey Goose Vodka Martini and my husband's Berkshire Mountain Distillery Gin Martini on this, as well as previous visits. We like the "off season" in the Berkshires when the "leaf peepers" have come, and gone, and things quiet down. But not for firefly. In season, better make reservations for parties of 5 or more. Less than a party of 5, you may have to wait for a table or grab a seat at the bar. If there's one open. Whichever.....GO TO FIREFLY!!!!!
