点评：Rare at Encore Boston Harbor is one of my most favorite restaurants. That being one of the chief reasons why I chose to celebrate my birthday weekend at the resort. Tonight’s experience was unfortunately extremely disappointing. I ordered an 8 oz filet mignon medium and it came out raw. I sent it back and asked if they could please cook it more. The server obliged and returned a few minutes later with my steak still too rare. At this point in the meal, the rest of my party was already done with their meals. Instead of waiting more, I kindly asked him to please take it off the bill. Another note, the assistant server never came over to refill our water glasses once, even after requesting him to do so. I understand they were busy, but the service and food during this experience were inexcusable. At no point did a manager come over to apologize for the meal until the end to discuss a discrepancy on the bill. Very disappointed tonight.
