点评：Went to EVT for first time last night. It will also be the last. Service was sub par, food was not good. Our party selected the arancini, Reuben special with fries, the short rib, boneless wings, chicken chili, crispy brussel sprouts, and the fall harvest salad special. The arancini balls were lukewarm warm and mushy in the middle, without much flavor. The Reuben and fries were cold when served, the short rib lacked flavor or seasoning, the chili was also just mushy and flavorless, brussels were not crispy (nor was the bacon it was served with), and the salad was drenched so much with dressing. We sent the Reuben and brussels back. The Reuben came back better but the brussels still weren't. A heavy set guy that we presumed was the manager was making his rounds and as he approached our table all he did was nod and said "everything okay?" But when we looked up to reply, he turned and moved on. So he really didn't want to know the answer. The place is just a big bar with very little ambiance. Might be an okay place to get a drink or two or more. I would guess the food is an afterthought and perhaps they're banking on the people who are eating there are already a few drinks in and won't notice. Try Redstone Pasta up the street. Great bar, atmosphere, service and delicious food. And the manager actually stops to not only check in but listens to your answers and has an actual conversation.
