Motel 6 Chicopee, MA - Springfield的点评
点评：i made a reservation for the same day.
was glad to get a room. i didn't really mind the rundown building, the rust all over the sidewalks from the a/c drainage, the brown unmowed grass (with an area of broken sprinklers), the pot-hole-fillled parking lot also FILLED with cig butts. none of those things bothered me.
i really did mind the brightness inside the room with the lights off. i could easily read a book in there. between the light around the curtains, the microwave clock, the tv and whatever else is lit up in there, i couldn't sleep. when the sun came up, the brightness in the room didn't change. it was already that bright.
plus it was so loud! the a/c clanged on & off every couple minutes. it was a huge change in volume that also kept me awake. worse yet, the water piples from other rooms were like a freight train going by in the room.
mostly, i really did mind that this room was advertised as non-smoking. from before my first step inside i could feel the stench. it was the only 'non' smoking room in the place. not only did the room generally stink but the pillows and sheets did, even with clean linens on them. it was beyond disgusting to have my head on them all night. it may cost less than other places but it's not worth the money. they don't even have breakfast. employees were very nice.
