Stomping Grounds Grille的点评
点评：We have family who live in New bedford while we live in the Yarmouth area. So when we planned a lunch meeting we wanted something that would be easy to get to for both families. We chose this restaurant because of location and because some friends had also suggested it. It was easy to make a reservation and when we arrived we indicated that due to health reasons we had not seen each other for quite some time and that we might linger over lunch as well as after. The host/server was very accommodating and put is a back room area and did not seat any other diners back there. We had a marvelous time catching up and telling stories and the food was a very nice treat as well.
The restaurant is easy to fine with on street and lot parking. There is a handicap ramp as well. The bar is located right as you come in. There are two two rooms each with tables spaced for lots of room. It used to be an old home and has served many purposes over the years.
There are lots a tempting choices on the menu and we all chose different dishes. Those of us who had the seafood chowder all agreed it was delicious. I had a rueben and my wife had the pulled pork sandwich. Sound familiar? One person the lobster roll enough a chowder quango combo and another had a fish sandwich. Everything is nice and fresh. Chips are the bags.
Pricing is moderate, service is very good. We decided that this would be the place of choice for future family get togethers.
