点评：We stopped in to Fibber’s on the way out of Salem to get an early dinner. It was our first time dining there, but we had checked out the menu online and there were lots of tasty sounding offerings. The service was attentive and friendly from the get go. We started off with a delicious plate of nachos; the star of the dish was definitely the black bean and corn salsa. The chips were crunchy (not a soggy one in the bunch) and covered with perfectly melted cheese. They came loaded with salsa, lettuce, sour cream, and a mild avocado ranch cream. For dinner I had the honey buffalo chicken wings. The wings were perfectly cooked -crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside with a delicious balance of sweet & hot. The house made blue cheese dressing was spot on! My husband had the Guinness burger and boy oh boy do they know how to make a (huge) burger. Medium rare the way it was meant to be with a buttery grilled bun… no skimping on cheese or bacon - juicy heaven on a bun!!! And what a value! If we lived closer, Fibber’s would be on our weekly rotation, but we will be sure to visit again when we’re in the area.
