点评:Having been in the service industry I will not comment on the staff… needless to say they were not professional!
Let me get to the food… average with a lot of potential!
I’ll start with the fries. Here is the system, there are lots of fries sitting under the the hot light. The freshest fries are closest to the kitchen, so the staff takes fries from there for people they know and friends! The rest of us get the stuff that on out case was sitting there for at least 25 min!
The sandwiches were good, tasty and cold! I do not know how we waited so long for our food for it to be cold! I could see the man making the chicken and bringing it forward to the man making the sandwiches but no idea how many were behind the line.
How do I know all of the above??? I sat and waited 30 min for my 2 cold sandwiches. To add insult, a young man that works for a pizza chain came in. The staff clearly knew him, especially the man making the sandwiches. He was serviced and out the door in under 5 min! His sandwich was so big the lid didn’t close His fries came from the fresh section and his drink came with his food not 30 min before…
Finally I will add I wanted to support this place because I understand from my Endicott student the place was started by an Endicott grad…maybe this will mean something to them???

最后我要补充一点,我想支持这个地方,因为我从我的 Endicott 学生那里了解到这个地方是由 Endicott 的一名毕业生创办的……也许这对他们来说意味着什么???
