希尔顿欢朋酒店-华德福的点评
点评：I stayed here overnight to help a friend celebrate her birthday. I was surprised when I received the text a little after 12 letting me know the room was ready. Because of traffic, we didn't get there until normal check in time anyway, but it was nice to know that we could have checked in early! The room was spacious and as advertised. The fridge and microwave is always appreciated.
The pool was never crowded, but that was a good thing. There are plenty of lounge chairs. I also appreciated the fact that it didn't close until 10pm. The one thing I would change is the way you have to exit the pool. You have to press/hold the exit button while pushing on the gate. If someone is with you, it's no big deal but if you are alone, it's a juggling act trying to stretch your arms to do both simultaneously!
We did go down for breakfast on Saturday, but that was the only negative of the stay. No one is expecting made to order omelets at a hotel breakfast, but you do expect stuff to be stocked! I think the young man was clearly overwhelmed, but if you see that food is running low, start preparing the next batch. Not only was the hot food not replenished at all, there was no syrup, butter, napkins, forks, etc. The lady at the front desk had to come and help him out. Had I known the items were in the cabinet below, I would have helped him out myself. I got some coffee (which was actually quite good) and went to McDonald's instead.
All in all, it served it's purpose. It's also in a GREAT location with lots of stores and food places nearby.
