点评:Wife and I stopped in for dinner, sat at the bar for the small plate menu. This menu is different than the one they use to have when they first opened, there six items from the menu that are at a reduced price before 5pm it says 4:30 but you have until 5 to order. Also there is a happy hour is during the Sam time as the small plate menu.
I had the Basil Hayden old fashion excellent price plus $1 off during happy hour, the bar tender needs to make sure the cherry and orange are muddled. He just throws a cherry in the glass’s fills with ice pour liquor and puts a orange slice on the glass, they need to get a large cube or ball ice for this drink. It doesn’t water down as fast, and please make sure to muddle the cherry and orange!
Wife had the Short Rib Roast it’s places on top of creamy mashed potatoes and Country green beans (Haricot Verts) and a red wine gravy. I had the Bolognese I remember this from when the were open before and and it was made with veal I enjoyed it very much so had to try this new version.
Our meals came out and everything looked delicious when I first saw the Short Rib I started to second guess my decision but then I saw the Bolognese and knew I decided rite. The roast was very tender been were cooked well and potatoes were creamy it all tasted wonderful together in a bite. The Bolognese looked delicious also it was a traditional beef and pork, it was excellent the beef and pork had a great taste very tender the rigatoni as good it need to be cooked just a little bit more. It was just a bit too tough for my liking, I like it to have a little bit in the pasta but it just felt like it could have used a little more cook time, really was hope that Micheal used Tagliatelle he used this a few time before and I loved it.
After enjoying our dinner we looked at the dessert menu, we were thinking about the warm berry crisp. We asked what fruit and it was a mixed berry so we decided on the flourless chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream . So glad we went with this the cake, it was almost like a brownie the vanilla cream on the bottom made a good combination. Would have liked just a little more of it on the bottom or also a small spoon of it on top the cake like a whipped cream.
We will be back to try some of the other dishes, one thing I did miss that I didn’t see on the menu for small plates was the chicken biscuit and grave hopefully they bring this back.

And last but not least the icing on the cake of a superb dinner at the Heritage, those fabulous Chocolate Chip Cookies now this is a MUST that they need to bring back!! You know how some restaurants you get Mint after a good meal when leaving, that Cookie Heritage USE to gave when leaving after dinner topped off dinner here for a 6th ⭐️!
