点评:The toilet in the room they originally put me in didn't work. I called down and instead of offering me a new room , they said they would get the maintenance guy up the next day. It took two days for them to get him up to my room (while I was out). I flushed one time after he "fixed" it and it and on the second try, it didn't flush again. The water ran all night. There was a dirty washcloth on the shower rod that the maid never saw. Paint is curling on the ceiling by the door. The key card kept failing about every other day.
Finally, on my last night, I went down to get my key card regenerated, and the general manager was there. She was LOVELY! She got me in a new room and helped me carry my things from the original room to the new room. I just wish they had done that to start. She is trying to right a sinking ship.
