舒适套房酒店的点评
点评：Ignore reviews from a few years ago. This hotel is not worth the money now. It is supposed to get renovated in the next few weeks and it desperately needs it. The front desk do not appear at the front desk until they discover that you are there or you call for them. Not a great first impression. Once they do see you, they are very friendly and efficient. We liked all the staff we interacted with.
The room and bathroom were clean but the furniture is worn out. It takes a solid 5 minutes to get hot water going in the shower (we were advised to call down to the front desk to get them to get the hot water up to the 4th floor faster but that is not a viable solution in a room filled with sleeping family). The water pressure is meh.
The breakfast area is too small when the hotel is full. The toaster did not work properly and the juice dispenser was out of most of the concentrates.
The internet occasionally did not work.
I would not return until after renovations are completed (and there is nothing on the website to indicate that renovations are about to begin).
