点评：My daughter chose Bistro 11 for her Birthday dinner. When we arrived, we chose to sit outdoors because it was a beautiful day. Once we got a waiter, which was a bit delayed, but expected in my mind due to the cost of the restaurant, we placed our drink order and an appetizer. When he came back a bit later, we ordered our meal and received our app and drinks. Once we stopped eating our appetizer, the waiter finally came over to say he would bring our salads that came with our dinner. It was quite a long time in between each course for the waiter to return. I thought that was a little unnecessary as we had sat not eating in between for quite some time before the waiter would show back up. While I am sure this is normal, and I actually expected it, for a restaurant with such a high dollar menu, I was hoping for a shorter length of time between courses. When our entree's arrived, I was quite a bit disappointed. I got the Beef Short Ribs which were supposed to come with Carrots, Pearl Onions and Mushrooms in gravy/au jus over mashed potatoes. The plate had a very nice portion of Beef Short Rib and mashed, but there literally was ONE CARROT COIN on top and 3 pearl onions and possibly 3 very little, teeny, tiny mushrooms. I was actually showing my daughter the fact that there was only 1 carrot coin. A FREAKING CARROT COIN. ONE, JUST ONE. WTH? By the time we completed our dinner, paid and left I felt like I had been robbed. I am surprised the waiter didn't say to the chef "Hey, where are the carrots!?" This dinner was a $ 115 with a waiter tip. That's insane for two people to eat a good dinner but not have the whole dinner. Missing Carrots.
