点评：This is a true Thai restaurant. Be prepared (if a newbie), or be satisfied (if a Thai native). Their menu is vast. Each offering is marked with a symbol noting level of spiceness. For natives, the levels seem to be spot on. For newbies, not necessarily so. If a newbie, and curious about Thai food but doubtful about spice level, ask for minimal or no additional spices if that is your preference. All menu items are prepared as ordered (except for curies, all of which are cooked earlier), so their respective spice content is "at the customer's request". The food is fresh, delicious, and served in generous portions. Table service was exceptional. "Take-out" is popular, so there are folks coming and going. A dozen or so seatings at tables are provided; we made reservations, but on a weeknight I expect none would be needed. We were checking out the place as a possible spot to take our family following a future event at nearby London Town. After our first visit to the M Thai Kitchen, we are looking forward to our return.
