点评：This is for the fast ferry from near Wynne, Maryland, (former Point Lookout departure) on the Western Shore of the Bay. The boat, captain and mate were great. They cover those the sights on both ends of the trip and are very knowledgeable. We had a very windy, somewhat wet day that meant that being outside was only for the brave and hardy, and the boat did move a bit. Another reviewer correctly points out that the trip is 1000 to 1630 (10:00am to 4:30pm for civilian types), and the 2+ hours on Smith Island are more than adequate for a good lunch, walking or golf-carting tour, and Smith Island Cake. While we went as an extended family unit, I might suggest only older kids, as there isn't much to do on the boat, and in our weather we had some moderate concern about them out on deck (ages 2, 4, 6). As a note, they do provide cheap bottled water, but otherwise no food and no restrooms ('heads', for Navy folk) on the boat. The receiving restaurant of course has acceptable toilets on arrival.
