点评:I don't usually write reviews. I visited ELife today in their new location. I noticed new faces/workers which was fine at first. But as I continued w/my order (mac/cheese, sweet potatoes/maple glazed drumettes) I noticed I only got 4 drumettes rather than the usual 6 and in a much much smaller container. The food was not overflowing the container and the lid clearly did not fit even after adjusting the drumettes. It was a much cheaper container than the ones prior to their move. Also, the workers offered for me to pay for a bag to which I told them the food would fall out. What I didn't like was that they spoke in Spanish when I advised them of the mishap... I speak Spanish, but didn't let on and let them talk about me basically being a disgruntled customer. I love my Hispanic bros/sis but the customer service was not what it was prior to the move. There was another young lady (African American) and when I mentioned the changes...I was advised it was inflation. I understand inflation but to reduce the amount of food, keeping the price the same, provide less than adequate customer service and using much cheaper containers...the total experience was just not what I was used to. I used to be greeted with a smile and over the top wonderful customer service by some amazing employees! The experience just made the food a little less appealing. I will still come, but definitely not as much as I used to. We are obviously paying for the new building they are in, and that's ok, but say that and keep the other important areas the way they were. Also, shifting to your native language to talk about people is a no, no especially in this day/age where a lot of people are bilingual. I'd recommend a little more training in that area.
