点评：In May of 2023, I wrote a review about an incredibly poor experience for my birthday celebration. I compared it to my first visit, which was 10 stars all around. Following that, a General Manager reached out to speak with me about it. And, to offer me a do over. He was very professional, kind, and caring about my experience! Thanks so much Chris. :) He understands customer relationship management. And did it right.
The GM (Sam) came over to introduce himself and kept an eye on food and service to ensure it was not a repeat performance. We had the best conversation and laughs over great wine and food. [Quilt Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Reserve]
My favorite is the lobster ravioli. My companion drank the sauce with a spoon. The first time I had it, I wanted to be uncivilized and lick the plate clean. You cannot go wrong with it. Get it as a side. And take an order home. Worth the money.
I had lobster tails. Buttery and satisfying. My companion had the Cajun Rib Eye. I was almost jealous of her entree. It was delicious and cooked perfectly.
We split a loaded baked potato (they know that in fine dining you split food in the kitchen not at the table), and did so accordingly. Easily large enough for two.
To top it off, I had the cheesecake. A nice portion size, tasty, and not overwhelmingly sweet.
I've since moved from the area, but I would go again if I was in the city for a special occasion. It was a lovely dinner out!
Special thanks again to Sam who made sure my birthday make up was of the highest caliber. Much appreciated!!!
