点评：The Battery Steele was amazing. It is located in the old Veranos on the Post road. They are fairly new, just opening late June. We noticed it coming out of Hannaford one day and finally was able to give it a try. We arrived at 4pm on a Friday and were presented with half price Pizza's and $3 off drafts. We sat outside under the covered patio and were able to enjoy the view. The staff was amazing and working very hard together to deliver the food and brews. It was a very relaxed atmosphere with live music. The restaurant was very clean and had an indoor bar. There was plenty of seating inside and out and maybe even more importantly plenty of parking outside with no valet needed (like across the street). We talked to one of the partners after to show our appreciation and had a great conversation with him about their adjustments to be competitive in Wells while earning the trust of the locals to carry them through the off season. As much as I don't want to uncover this hidden gem so I don't have to wait in line, I would encourage you to give this place a try and support a new local business. Pretty sure you won't be disappointed!
