The Outlook Tavern Restaurant的点评
点评：My husband & I recently discovered this local gem after driving past it. We tried it for dinner one Thursday night. We sat outside on the patio where they have music in the evenings during the warmer months. (We enjoyed the songs of local musician Cormac McCarthy on acoustic guitar.) The restaurant is on a hill above the golf course, and we were treated to a gorgeous sunset sitting on the comfortable cushioned seating.
The menu was extensive and affordably priced, and the food outstanding. The clam chowder was loaded with clams and delicious. The steak tip dinner had enormous portions and was perfectly done, with sides of rice and Brussels sprouts with bacon. The piece of fish on my haddock sandwich was huge. I got onion rings as a side, and they were the thinnest, most lightly coated delicious ones I've ever had! I made myself uncomfortably full eating all the food because it was so good.
The only thing I might comment is that my glass of wine was a very small pour. But everything else was fantastic, so I would still highly recommend.
There is a small but nice bar inside if you're looking for that, and a small dining room inside where a larger group was having a birthday celebration with all ages.
