点评：I live on the coast in MA and have a handful of “famous” seafood options right down the road, but I wish we had this place instead. We went on a Friday night at 6pm. They were out of clam chowder and mussels, but this just means they’re only serving fresh seafood and not subbing in canned or frozen when they run out. Our extended family of 7 ordered lobster rolls, steamers, haddock chowder, a shrimp roll, a few hot dogs, and corn on the cob. Everything was so frills, fresh, sweet and tender. Huge chunks of lobster, no filler, on grilled hot dog buns, sprinkled with Old Bay, haddock chowder in a rich, thin broth with large chunks of flaky peppered haddock and potatoes, and traditional red Maine snapper hot dogs. My kids were especially excited to find Moxie in the cooler (thanks, Donnie Pelletier!) and to check out the old phone booth out front. Everything about this place gives off an old time down East Maine vibe, down to the boom box sound system and food served with paper towels. I could eat that lobster roll every day! I’ll be back to try some mussels and clam chowder soon!
