点评：Husband ordered and texted 45-55 minutes. I went in at the 55 minutes and it wasn’t in the oven yet. They said it would be 15 minutes.I sat and waited until tracker said ready. I was told 5 minutes they were waiting for something. I saw the rest of my food sitting. In 5 minutes x3 I kept checking and each time I was told the 5 minutes. The last time I checked the guy used his hands. And told me when I asked about my order , I was told to take it down a notch, he stated “ I didn’t wait on you. He asked what name and when I said my name he spelled it wrong then asked me if I knew how to spell my name. I gave him my husbands phone number and he finally found my order after making me feel like I was crazy. I told him I paid for someone’s pizza during exchange He said 5 minutes after he did go and check. I said I had been told that multiple times, again he told me to take it down a notch. I asked about the tracker. I could see it was busy, maybe he was overwhelmed.His attitude was short and rude so in frustration I asked for my money back. I didn’t say fu——- money but that’s what he heard., maybe I could have said it.He messed with the computer after swearing at me and calling his coworkers As@hole.during exchange and handed me a slip saying there your order is canceled. I said I gave you cash what will this slip do? He struggled more with the computer while The manager came over quietly and got my money all in bills. I wanted to give them their change, rude guy said no that was the manager who got the money for you . My last delivery from them wasn’t much better. My family decided to give them another chance and they blew it!.
