Diamond's Edge Restaurant的点评
点评：A group of friends traveled to Big Diamond Island and had Dinner at Diamond's Edge. It appeared to us that the staff really didn't care much about the guests. it took more that 20 minutes for our waiter to even approach our table that that was after one of the members of our party spoke to him. Service was exceptionally slow. It's not as if the restaurant was busy we were the last party seated for the day, and if there was another option we would have left.
This may have been one of the worst meals out I've had in a while. Two of us ordered Med-Rare skirt steak and both were well done and nothing on the plate was seasoned. I should have sent the meal back because of the improper cook, but I could eat the steak and we had a ferry to catch. Another of the group got niçoise salad with Tuna but they didn't have tuna. The rest of the meals looked great. One person got the 1/2 chicken (properly cooked) and the other two got seafood. One had the fried clams and the other a lobster roll. The fries that came with the seafood meals had seasoning and were excellent. If you decide to go to Diamond's Edge the view is amazing, they have cornhole and a large Jenga game so it might be worth the trip if you're out on Casco Bay, but don't get the steak or expect decent service.
