点评：I've read such great reviews of this lovely spot, but my recent experience there was, in a word, dreadful. We arrived at around 12:30 on a weekday afternoon. There were about 4 staffpeople out front. I ordered a crabmeat roll, but they were out of them. I then asked for a bowl of seafood chowder, but again, they were out. No problem, I ordered 2 bowls of clam chowder. The response was "it will take awhile because we have to heat up the water." That seemed odd, but I let it pass. We were handed a buzzer and went out on the dock to await our lunch. We waited 63 minutes. I went in and checked after about 50 minutes and after being ignored for several minutes, a pleasant staffperson told me that they had gotten very backed up on chowders. I watched him putting bowls of chowder, 2 at a time, into a microwave. There seemed to be a problem with the microwave; some of the chowder heated up ok, but others had to be put back repeatedly. Among them ours. When we finally got them, there were very few clams, and the clams were honestly like rubber. I suspect they got cooked to death in the microwave. All in all, this was a really disappointing experience. It's a lovely spot and I'd like to try them again but .... Also, there was no bathroom on site, only a porta potty that even the staffpeople had to use. I really hope they are able to wash their hands in a real sink.
