点评：Nice, comfortable rooms and good pools, but the hotel is not the elegant resort it suggests it is on its website, despite its resort pricing. The staff was not terribly friendly, the described bar was under renovations and unavailable, there was no coffee in the lobby until well after 7am, the beach is actually much further from the "steps" away the hotel suggests, and they run out of beach chairs to lend guests fairly early in the day. Though we were there from Sunday through Thursday, we were offered only one room cleaning, scheduled for Wednesday (we asked to have it switched to Tuesday). We were given two bottles of water on check-in and tokens for a glass of champagne for the stay, and even the drinks vending machine didn't work, so plan ahead and stock up on if you plan to stay here. I sense there is a staffing shortage and an effort on the part of management to cut costs at the guests' expense, despite what other reviews suggest are recently hiked rates.
