Impressive customer service; great experience!

点评：We had a group of seven and rented a combination of regular bicycles and E-bicycles. The staff was wonderful to work with and fitting each person in our group. Shortly, after being fitted for our bicycles as we were to head to the launch point, we discovered that our car had a dead battery. They immediately work to help us in our situation, tracking down jumper, cables from nearby and helping us get on the road.
The bikes are wonderful and we had an excellent time biking over the next 4 to 6 hours on the Carriage roads throughout Acadia National Park. Midway in our adventures for the day we encountered a problem with one of the bikes and called the number that had been provided with us. We were basically at the summit of the mountain that we were biking on, and so we were at one of the furthest points for them to meet us and help us with our problem. They very quickly met us and exchange the standard bike, which broke for an E-bike at no additional cost to us. Again, they were kind, helpful, and very quick at bringing resolution to our problem.
If it was possible to give them more than a five star review, we would do that. Their customer service, responsiveness, and overall commitment to making our experience memorable were second to none. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to explore Acadia on two wheels!
