点评：First off, let me say that the lobster rolls were delicious. Unfortunately, that is where the good experience ends.
Upon entering the restaurant it was unclear whether we were supposed to order at the counter or sit a table. There were no signs and neither of the staff members out front greeted us or acknowledged us in any way. After finally asking at the register and being given a blank look, we were directed to a table. Over 10 minutes later the server finally came over to get a drink order. Mind you, they were not busy and the girls were just hanging out behind the register chatting and our server was on her phone. We ordered lobster rolls and fries. Over 30 minutes later our rolls were brought out. Again, they were delicious, but the fries were cold when they arrived. I don’t know if the order had been ready, and the server was not aware or paying attention, or if it just took that long to prepare the rolls. We did see four different guys come out from the kitchen area, and there were only three other tables with customers, so it did not seem like they were very busy. The server was on her phone, never came back to fill the water and seemed very unsure of her responsibilities. There were teenagers hanging around who seemed to belong to one of the staff people, one of whom was very loud and made the experience even more unpleasant in the small dining room. There was a manager present, but things did not seem to be managed well at all. It appeared that there were seven staff members working with 3-4 tables of customers and we waited 40 minutes for lobster rolls. For the amount of money we spent, it was a frustrating and unpleasant dining experience.
