点评：This has everything to be amazing. Location, views, menu, table ordering, and a basic previous experts (egg roll last time) - what could go wrong?
It was early lunch, midday, so not peak time:
- Big queue to order, about 15 mins standing inside (phone ordering from table doesn't work outside)
- lady receiving order was clearly overwhelmed and wrongly entered my order. I had 3 meals instead of 2, which then cost me 50% more ie very expensive lunch for 2
- it then took ages to arrive, around 30 mins. Our drinks were finished but unwilling to wait another 15 mins for drinks. No cold water available to help myself
- And the food was basic and cold (Cajun fries were cold and simply sprinkled with spice, terrible)
- they were so busy I didn't want to spoil the visit by subjecting myself to complain about everything
Overall a terrible experience caused by overwhelmed and below average staff.
