The Secret Garden At Dundonald Nurseries的点评
点评：I have just had lunch at the Secret Garden. Normally, I would have a good report but not today.
I had family visiting from England and wanted 7 of us to meet for lunch. Today was the only day and time for us to be together.
First, I couldn't book for any number under 10. We had to sit at a table of 5 and a table of 2 not directly beside eachother.
I asked quietly and with respect if we could push tables together which looked possible to me but was told ...rather loudly and abruptly by the member of staff waving her arms around that this was not possible for H&S reasons which I accept albeit her attitude and approach should have been better.
When people started to leave and before our lunch arrived I asked another member of staff if we could move as seats had been freed up...again I was told no.
So, from a customer perspective nothing was done to try and accommodate my situation. To add to my disappointment, a few in the party had cold chips or incorrect chips order for their lunch.
A disappointing visit and I will not be back if I have a greater number than 2 in my party. This experience definitely could have been improved on.
