点评:My husband and I go to Wolfe's regularly, especially for breakfast. However, within a week, our view on this restaurant has changed drastically - and not for the better. We had been looking at the dinner menu and I commented that they served a 10oz steak for £24.99, which is an awesome price. A week later, we were presented with a new menu and the same size steak had gone up to £29.99. £5 within a week?? I appreciate hospitality businesses are finding it tough cost wise but - and here's a newsflash to the manager - so are your customers!! Hoisting prices that much is just criminal and certainly isn't exactly enticing me to go there for dinner anymore. Also, for whatever reason, a very popular breakfast item, tater tots, was taken off the menu. Why? When I asked the staff I could tell they weren't happy with the decision and I have to wonder if the manager actually listens to feedback from staff and customers alike. I'm beginning to think he doesn't. Speaking of staff, I have to say they have always been lovely, very helpful and accommodating and they make our dining experience all the more enjoyable. Come on, manager, get your act together and learn how to do proper marketing by actually listening to people!!
