点评：We have went here for years, every week and it has been going downhill for a while now. The food has been getting more and more hit or miss and it's like they don't have a set standard at all in there. Sometimes even the sauces you get with your starter is wildly inconsistent, there has been times I have gotten sauce as thick as road tar and other times it's like water. How can it be this bad?
They had 2 people on today working and the staff were more concerned making cocktails for a table of shrill harpies than even taking our drink order or meal order. They didn't even look at us for 20 minutes until I stood up and looked around to see where everyone was. After a while someone came over and we just ended up leaving in disgust, I don't understand how they can have this bad of an attitude or be that incompetent. To be fair they are under staffed and clearly under trained, but just being nice doesn't cut it, you need to be professional too even in a diner style restaurant like that. Customers behave like scum in there sometimes and shout all over the restaurant, and the staff do nothing either, it's like a zoo in there. The cleanliness is something to be desired too as I have been handed menus with food and sauce stuck to them before. It's just not a good experience.
They got around £50-£60 from us a week as we tried to get down and get something to eat once a week to get out of the house, but it will be the last time we ever go. We weren't expecting special treatment but they served other people that came after us too, when we are regulars that come in every week, we were treated with contempt lol. They obviously don't need the business then and would rather serve ignorant people that laugh at the top of they're lungs. Just a pathetic experience and I'll save that £60 a week and go somewhere else. Find somewhere else, and not Sugar Rays as they own that too apparently.
