Very disappointed
Quality Inn的点评
点评：In town visiting our daughter at Tech, but had to stay here because our 1st choice was full. Multiple issues.
First, the breakfast area was piled high with furniture and unusable, which meant eating in the room.
Second, the room keys didn't work. The worker didn't understand us at first, thinking we wanted a different room and said he couldn't do that. Then he didn't believe me when I said the cards didn't work. Eventually he went to check and had to use his master card. We had to get him to come unlock our room every time we needed to get into it. Multiple other guests said the same thing as they picked up breakfast the next day in the crowded little space.
Third, the lady who checked in before me went to her room and found other people's luggage in it. She complained to the worker, then just left unsatisfied.
Fourth, the bathroom. Water damage in the ceiling above the shower means leak upstairs. Mildew on the tub and the towel rack fell off - couldn't support the weight of 1 towel.
Never again - prefer the Sleep Inn in town. Cheaper, better condition, better staff, MUCH better breakfast.
